Job summary

Releady partners with a leading healthcare technology company to hire a Senior Data Engineer, Consultant for its Data Services team. You will own end-to-end data platforms, delivering scalable pipelines and governed data products for nationwide healthcare data operations.

As a senior IC, you will mentor peers, shape architecture, and collaborate across designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready solutions that enable automation and AI

Qualifications

7+ years of data engineering experience.
SQL automation and pipeline optimization.
Azure (ADLS, Synapse, Data Factory) experience.
Snowflake and Databricks experience; Airflow or Tidal familiarity.
Data modeling, integration patterns, data warehousing.

Responsibilities

Lead design and delivery of complex data pipelines from development through production.
Translate solution designs and requirements into architecture and implementation plans.
Architect scalable, secure data solutions across enterprise platforms.
Apply advanced data modeling (Data Vault 2.0, dimensional, domain-oriented) for analytics.
Embed data quality, testing, security, and observability by design.
Drive performance, reliability, and cloud cost optimization.
Provide technical leadership through design and code reviews in an agile/DevSecOps pod.
Support AI/ML-ready datasets and ensure governance.
