Job summary

PerfectServe is expanding its data platform and seeks a Senior Data Engineer for the US remote role. You will build and maintain ingestion pipelines, write transformation models, and apply dimensional modeling to support the data warehouse.

You will work with a small team and own production pipelines from sources to datasets used across products. Ideal candidates have strong SQL, Python or Go, experience with dbt, and knowledge of Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift, plus ELT and orchestration tools

Qualifications

• Professional experience building data pipelines with production ownership.
• Strong SQL and a working programming language (Python, Go or equivalent).
• Hands-on dbt or another transformation framework.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ingestion pipelines from production source systems.
• Write transformation models that turn raw data into datasets people can trust.
• Apply dimensional and medallion modelling patterns as the warehouse takes shape.
• Deploy pipelines to production with proper testing and data quality checks.
• Document pipelines and contribute to design reviews.
