Job summary

Rezdy is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our data team. You will maintain and enhance our data platform powering analytics for internal users and external partners across Rezdy, Checkfront, and Regiondo.

You’ll design and implement new data models in our Enterprise Data Warehouse, optimize BigQuery queries, and ensure data quality and governance. This remote role prefers PST hours, with flexibility for US Pacific Time work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data or analytics engineering roles.
• Strong SQL and data modeling in modern cloud data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery.
• Experience using dbt for transformation and data modeling.
• Experience with ELT tools like Fivetran.
• Experience supporting analytics platforms or BI tools.
• Strong data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Experience maintaining production data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the enterprise data platform and pipelines.
• Ensure reliable ingestion, transformation, and reporting across platforms.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data stack issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data models.
• Design and implement data models in BigQuery using dbt.
• Deliver clean datasets powering reports and dashboards.
