Job summary

Unite Us is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data architecture supporting healthcare and social care clients. You will partner with Application Engineers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver ETL pipelines and data warehouse integrations that enable data-driven decision making and ROI assessment.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years designing, building, and operating data warehouses, data lakes, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and DBT.
• Strong SQL skills and Python for data pipelines.
• Experience with Airflow, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data architecture and infrastructure aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client and product requirements.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes and data pipeline solutions for loading data into the data warehouse.
• Test, monitor, and optimize data pipelines for reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Ensure data integrity and governance; champion data democratization and accessibility.
