Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join the Data Engineering team, designing, building robust and scalable data pipelines to support analytics and business intelligence.

You will partner with stakeholders, analysts, product teams, and engineers to own the full data lifecycle from modeling and ETL/ELT development to performance tuning and continuous improvement, leveraging modern cloud data stacks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with SQL and relational databases.
• 3+ years in cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake).
• 3+ years in on-prem data engineering platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata).
• Programming in SQL, Python, PySpark for cloud and on-prem warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data pipelines for analytics and BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to own the data lifecycle from modeling to deployment.
• Tune performance and troubleshoot data issues across cloud and on‑prem environments.
