Cox Automotive is hiring a Senior Data Engineer within the Enterprise Finance Technology group to design, build, and optimize data pipelines and enterprise applications that power financial decision-making.

The role blends data engineering with business intelligence to enable trusted, accessible data for consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting across Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and tech teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in data engineering or architecture.
• Strong SQL and data integration tool experience (dbt, Informatica).
• Snowflake data modeling within cloud environments (AWS).
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
• Deliver KPI insights and support dashboard development for finance teams.
• Mentor junior engineers; participate in Agile planning and design standards.
• Collaborate with Finance/Analytics to translate business needs into data solutions.
