Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, integrate and implement data solutions for our data warehouse, collaborating with engineering, analytics and product teams in a fast-paced environment. You will design and implement on-prem data solutions and migrations to the cloud, applying SQL, Python and PySpark to support data warehousing and processing of payer files.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
2+ years in Cloud Data Engineering Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake).
2+ years on-prem Data Engineering Platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata).
Proficient in SQL, Python and PySpark for cloud and on-prem warehousing.
Dimensional data modeling and schema design experience.
Troubleshooting data issues and performance improvements.
Ability to own tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality data solutions in collaboration with engineering, analysts, data scientists and product teams.
Design and implement on-prem data solutions and migrations to the cloud.
