Health Union seeks a Senior Data Engineer to design and evolve data pipelines powering our enterprise data platform. You will build robust ETL/ELT processes using Snowflake, AWS services, Python, and dbt, while ensuring data quality and compliance.

You will translate requirements into scalable data models, optimize workflows for cost and performance, and collaborate with analytics, software engineering, and product teams to deliver maintainable data solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience with Snowflake and core AWS services.
• Strong SQL, Python, and dbt for modeling and transformation.
• Experience building reliable, tested data pipelines and QA practices.
• Understanding of data security, governance, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Translate requirements into robust data models and transformations.
• Optimize workflows for performance, cost, and reliability.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and governance across platforms.
