You will design end-to-end pipelines, create reusable data products, implement automated quality controls, and establish scalable engineering patterns for enterprise data. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of professional data engineering experience designing data architecture and leading technical delivery of data pipeline and modeling projects.
• Ability to guide and develop junior engineers while maintaining personal delivery commitments on assigned work.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end-to-end data pipelines feeding diverse source systems and external market data.
• Design comprehensive data models across multiple business domains with clear naming conventions and documentation.
• Lead initiatives spanning multiple domains to tackle complex data challenges.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues; implement monitoring and automated validation.
• Define and enforce code standards, branching, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Lead technical design reviews for data initiatives and assess cost/performance trade-offs.
• Collaborate with analytics leadership and data science to ensure data products meet latency and accuracy requirements.
• Mentor Data Engineer 1 and Data Engineer 2 through code reviews and pairing.
• Manage data contracts, API integrations, and schema change communications with IT and source teams.
• Research emerging data technologies and present concrete recommendations.
