Welltower Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust data infrastructure supporting analytics and BI initiatives. You will build scalable ELT pipelines, manage Snowflake data models, and establish data governance with cross-functional teams.

The role requires expertise in cloud data warehousing, data quality, and automation, collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure reliable data delivery and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data engineering experience with cloud-based data infrastructure
• Experience building and managing data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
• Knowledge of data modeling, database design, and optimization
• Experience with CI/CD practices for data infrastructure
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ELT data pipelines
• Architect data models and Snowflake-based solutions
• Build and manage AWS infrastructure
• Implement data orchestration workflows with Airflow
• Establish data quality frameworks and automated testing
• Deploy CI/CD pipelines for data infra
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to meet data requirements
