Welltower Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable data infrastructure powering analytics and BI across the organization.

You will lead ELT pipelines, manage Snowflake data models, and shape data governance in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. The role requires expertise in cloud data warehousing, data quality, and automated testing, with strong focus on scalable pipelines, best practices, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 5+ years in data engineering with cloud data infrastructure.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable ELT pipelines for time-series analytics.
• Architect data models in Snowflake for performance and access.
• Build and manage AWS-based data infrastructure and CI/CD for data.”
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to meet data needs.
• Create documentation and establish data governance practices.
