Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Data Engineer/Architect to design and implement enterprise data warehouses on Snowflake. You will define data architecture standards, develop ETL/ELT pipelines, and optimize performance and cost across AWS/Azure/GCP.

You will mentor teams, lead architecture reviews, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure data solutions using Snowflake, Informatica, Matillion, or dbt.

Competenze

• 8–12+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Data Architecture.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture and implementation.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake cloud data warehouse architecture.
• Advanced SQL programming and performance tuning.
• Strong experience with ETL/ELT development and data integration.
• Expertise in data modeling, dimensional modeling, and database design.
• Hands‑on experience with Python and Snowflake scripting.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Snowflake security, governance, and access management.

Mansioni

• Design and implement enterprise-level data warehouse architectures using Snowflake.
• Define data architecture strategies, standards, and best practices for cloud-based data platforms.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and Snowflake objects.
• Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.
• Work with Snowflake features such as Virtual Warehouses, Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Time Travel, Zero-Copy Cloning, and Dynamic Tables.
• Develop data integration solutions using Informatica, Matillion, Fivetran, dbt, or Talend.
• Implement data modeling techniques, including Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and dimensional modeling.
• Optimize query performance, warehouse utilization, and overall Snowflake cost management.
• Implement data security, RBAC, masking policies, and row-level security.
• Establish data governance, data quality, metadata management, and data lineage standards.
• Integrate Snowflake with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Lead architecture reviews and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, data analysts, and application teams.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance on Snowflake best practices.
