Job summary

Thought Logic Consulting in Minneapolis is seeking a Managing Consultant, Data Engineer/Data Architect with 7-12 years of experience to join our Data & Analytics team. You will build scalable data pipelines, develop ETL/ELT processes, and collaborate with clients to unlock insights from data.

You’ll work with modern data tools across cloud environments, contribute to data models, and support dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years in data engineering/analytics or similar role.
• Proven experience building data pipelines and data platforms.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using modern tools.
• Develop ETL/ELT processes for analytics-ready data.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to gather requirements and ensure data quality.
• Design and optimize data models and cloud-based data platforms.
• Support dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI or Tableau.
• Contribute to testing, documentation, and deployment of data solutions.
• Engage in client-facing workstreams and mentorship of juniors.
