Job summary

Thought Logic Consulting is seeking a Managing Consultant, Databricks Engineer in Atlanta to design and deliver modern data solutions using Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Lake, and Spark. You will own technical delivery, mentor teammates, and work with clients to translate business requirements into scalable data pipelines and governance.

Candidates should have 7+ years of data engineering experience and strong hands-on Databricks expertise, with commutable distance to Atlanta.

Qualifications

7+ years of data engineering or analytics experience, with hands-on Databricks engineering.
Strong understanding of Lakehouse architectures and data pipelines.
Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable data engineering solutions using Databricks Lakehouse and related technologies.
Develop batch, micro-batch, and streaming pipelines using Spark, PySpark, SQL, and Python.
Implement data quality, governance, observability, and CI/CD practices for data platforms.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to deliver data solutions.
Establish modern DevOps practices for data engineering and infrastructure as code.
