Job summary

Thought Logic Consulting is seeking a Data/Analytics Engineer to join our Minneapolis team. You will build modern data pipelines, implement ETL/ELT processes, and work with cross-functional teams to unlock insights for clients.

You will collaborate with architects and consultants, grow your skills in cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and in dashboards with Power BI or Tableau. This is a hands-on, client-facing role in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in data engineering or analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
• Ability to legally work for any employer in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Develop ETL/ELT processes to transform data for reporting and analytics
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure data quality
• Build scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or Palantir Foundry
• Assist in developing data models and cloud-based platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift)
• Support dashboards and visualizations with Power BI or Tableau
• Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment to ensure performance
• Engage in project workstreams with senior team members
