Thought Logic Consulting is a data-driven consultancy focused on business transformation and technology innovation. We are seeking a Data Engineer with 7–12 years of experience to join our Atlanta, GA team and help clients unlock insights from their data.

You will build scalable data pipelines, develop ETL/ELT processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a client-facing environment to deliver reliable data solutions.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of professional data engineering or analytics experience.
• Strong SQL skills and Python or similar scripting language.
• Hands-on with ETL/ELT using modern data tools and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data quality, and performance tuning.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and work in fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or Palantir Foundry.
• Develop ETL/ELT processes to prepare data for reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to gather requirements and ensure data quality.
• Assist in data models and cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift).
• Support dashboards and visualizations with Power BI or Tableau.
• Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment for reliability.
• Engage in project workstreams with senior team members and client interaction.
• Learn and apply modern data engineering and cloud practices across industries.
