Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3 years of hands-on data engineering or software engineering experience with production pipelines.
• Experience building production pipelines on a modern lakehouse platform.
• Experience with data quality, lineage, or data contracts in production.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; ability to develop production-quality data engineering solutions.
• Understanding of data modeling principles for evolving data sources.
• Familiarity with governance capabilities and data catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and incremental data pipelines.
• Develop and maintain lakehouse architecture and data models.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and provenance across lifecycles.
• Build data models and identity resolution across enterprise data sources.
• Implement data governance, access controls, and metadata management.
• Develop knowledge graph and retrieval pipelines for AI applications.
• Support data readiness for AI, including feedback and ground-truth datasets.
• Drive evaluation-based data engineering with benchmarks and tests.
• Maintain freshness and reliability of data products and indexes.
• Own production delivery, monitoring, and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with global teams and external partners to standardize solutions.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives in AI and data platform capabilities.
