Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3 years of hands-on data engineering or software engineering experience, including production pipelines.
• Experience independently building and operating production pipelines on a modern lakehouse platform.
• Strong Python and SQL proficiency for production-quality data engineering solutions.
• Strong understanding of data modeling principles and scalable data structures.
• Experience with data governance, lineage, and data contracts in production pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and Build Data Pipelines: scalable batch and incremental pipelines transforming data into clean datasets.
• Develop and Maintain Lakehouse Architecture: medallion architecture, data modeling, and integration of sources.
• Ensure Data Quality, Lineage, and Provenance across data lifecycle.
• Build Data Models and Identity Resolution for client and document identities.
• Implement Data Governance and Access Controls for sensitive information.
• Develop Knowledge Graphs and Retrieval Pipelines for AI applications.
• Support AI Data Readiness and Continuous Learning with feedback loops.
• Drive Evaluation-Based Data Engineering with tests and benchmarks.
• Maintain Data Freshness with incremental processing and versioning.
• Own Production Delivery and Operational Support for pipelines.
• Collaborate with global teams and external partners on production environments.
• Support strategic initiatives in AI and data platform capabilities.
