Job summary
Salesforce is seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff to lead architectural execution for Informatica Product Operations, MDM, and platform operations. You will shape data structures, scalability, and AI-driven automation across deployment pipelines to power a unified, reliable enterprise ecosystem.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of deep technical experience in Enterprise Architecture, DevOps Engineering, or Informatica Engineering.
- Proven experience embedding AI/ML utilities into deployment pipelines and managing complex branching strategies.
- Strong background in enterprise monitoring and AI-driven anomaly detection tools.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical infrastructure autonomously as an elite Individual Contributor.
- Systems-thinking mindset with a passion for self-healing infrastructure that scales with business growth.
- Exceptional ability to communicate architectural tradeoffs and AI telemetry insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize AI-augmented deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions, Copado) with automated validation and rollbacks.
- Design observability frameworks and AI-driven anomaly detection to preempt performance issues.
- Build smart alerting and self-remediation runbooks for platform stability at scale.
- Own the technical health and scalability of the Informatica platform to meet growing demand.
