Job summary

Dayforce seeks an experienced MDM Engineering Manager to lead the enterprise Master Data Management platform, guiding technology strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement. You will drive AI-enabled enhancements, automation, and high-quality engineering across a distributed team, aligning with business data needs and analytics initiatives.

You will partner with architects and data stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure MDM solutions, while mentoring engineers and delivering reliable data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise Master Data Management with hands-on experience in Informatica IDMC or comparable platform (Reltio/Profisee/Ataccama).
• 2+ years of experience leading technical teams or mentoring engineers.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile delivery methodologies such as SAFe or Scrum.
• Experience supporting enterprise production platforms including release management and incident response.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Strong project management skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• Curiosity for emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology roadmap, engineering backlog, and operational health of the enterprise MDM platform.
• Lead platform lifecycle management, upgrades, debt reduction, and adoption of new capabilities.
• Oversee implementation of MDM capabilities, APIs, integrations, and workflows.
• Deliver enhancements and fixes using Agile practices and ensure release planning and production readiness.
• Lead, coach, and develop a geographically distributed team of MDM engineers and analysts.
• Establish engineering standards and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
