Job summary

SoLo Funds is building a cutting-edge data function in the United States, leveraging AI agents to run data science, analytics, risk, and governance at scale. This builder-operator role emphasizes autonomy and owning end-to-end data workflows.

You will own pipelines and models across the SoLo Score, SoLo Wallet, SoLo Marketplace, Borrow, and Lend, ensuring reliability, timeliness, and auditable outputs for leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a data or software engineer shipping production systems.
• Strong Python fundamentals and SQL/warehousing fluency.
• Hands-on experience directing AI agents or LLM-based workflows in production.
• Portfolio or shipped systems to review.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, services, and models.
• Architect systems enabling agents to run production analysis and monitoring.
• Own data quality, governance, and reliability end-to-end.
• Stand up dashboards and BI for live marketplace health.
• Partner with product and risk to ship data-driven decisions.
