Job summary

SoLo Funds is building a data-centric organization that leverages AI agents to run production analytics across the entire ecosystem. You will own data science, analysis, BI, risk, fraud, and data engineering, designing guardrails and evaluation standards for scalable agent-driven insight.

In this builder-operator role, you will translate business questions into defensible answers for leadership, stand up real-time dashboards, and partner with product and risk to accelerate data-informed

Qualifications

• Deep fluency in the modern data stack: SQL, Python, warehousing, orchestration, BI tooling.
• Hands-on experience directing AI agents or LLM-based workflows in production.
• Strong grounding in risk and fraud analytics, ideally in fintech, lending, or payments.
• Autonomy and full ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate agents across the full data lifecycle, from ingestion and pipeline health to modeling and reporting.
• Build and refine evaluation harnesses to keep agent output accurate and auditable.
• Monitor SoLo Score performance, default and delinquency trends, and fraud signals.
• Stand up dashboards and BI giving a live view of marketplace health.
• Partner with product and risk to ship data-informed decisions quickly.
