Job summary

SoLo Funds in the SF Bay Area is building the data function of the future, running AI agents as the core workforce to deliver production data systems across risk, fraud, BI and data engineering.

You will own end-to-end data pipelines, model monitoring, and governance, ensuring high quality data and real-time insights through scalable architecture.

This remote-friendly role offers ownership, a fast-paced fintech environment, and the chance to influence lending decisions at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production data systems.
• Strong Python fundamentals and SQL warehousing.
• Hands-on experience directing AI agents or LLM workflows in production.
• Portfolio, GitHub history or shipped systems you can discuss.
• High autonomy and full ownership.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate agents across the data lifecycle, from ingestion to reporting.
• Build and refine evaluation harnesses for agent outputs.
• Write production Python and SQL for pipelines, services, and models.
• Monitor SoLo Score performance, defaults, delinquency and fraud signals.
• Stand up dashboards and BI for live marketplace health.
• Partner with product and risk to ship data-informed decisions fast.
