SoLo Funds Inc. is seeking a Director of Analytics to own the analytics lifecycle, partner with Product, Engineering, Growth, Finance, and Operations, and champion data-driven decision making across the organization.

You will lead analytics strategy, oversee data models and reporting (SQL, dbt, Looker), explore AI-powered insights, mentor a growing team, and help scale data accessibility in a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, BI, or data science with leadership experience.
• Excellent communicator bridging technical data work and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced SQL and Python; experience with dbt and Looker.
• Experience applying generative AI or LLMs in BI/data contexts.
• Fintech, startup, or regulated industry experience preferred.
• Strong project management; balance long-term and ad hoc analyses.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Analytics leadership: partner with Product, Engineering, Growth, Finance, and Operations to translate questions into analytics.
• Define and execute the analytics strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Oversee semantic layer and scalable data models (SQL, dbt, Looker) for trusted reporting.
• Lead AI-powered analytics adoption to accelerate insights and accessibility.
• Mentor, scale, and develop the analytics team.
