The perfect candidate has 7+ years in analytics/data engineering, strong SQL, cloud data platforms, and experience with Power Platform, AI/ML workloads, and modern data governance

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytics/data engineering or related tech experience.
• SQL expertise including complex queries and data prep.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
• Proven ability to design scalable, reliable data solutions.
• Git version control and Python scripting experience.
• Experience designing Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
• Experience designing data pipelines for AI/ML workloads.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and outcomes for one or more data domains.
• Design, implement, and maintain complex data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration workflows.
• Make informed technical design decisions for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into engineering workflows and processes.
• Establish ALM, deployment pipelines, and environment governance across the Power Platform.
• Lead design, development, and governance of Power Platform solutions; mentor team members.
• Translate analytics requirements into durable, production-ready data solutions.
