The Site Connect delivery data engineers are experts in data ETL. They create and maintain integrations for over 70+ EHR systems, supporting various patient use cases. Our team works remotely in an agile environment, supporting customers from go-live through ongoing support.

You Will

• Create and maintain ELT/ETL processes for existing and new systems.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and define data flows.
• Develop and maintain ETL specifications for data integration.
• Define and implement data modeling and architecture standards.
• Document and maintain data pipeline architecture and related processes.
• Serve as a knowledge resource on industry practices.
• Participate in developing enterprise standards for data quality.
• Audit data model quality deliverables.
• Analyze data requirements and identify inconsistencies.
• Identify and communicate solutions for architecture and process inefficiencies.
• Perform project cost and effort estimates.
• Work with the project team to define epics, stories, and effort estimates.
• Create and maintain data documentation and artifacts for projects.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience building data pipelines (ETL/ELT) in cloud environments.
• 5+ years with relational DBMS, SQL Server/T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• 5+ years of Python experience.
• Experience with AWS.

Bonus Points

• Healthcare data experience (2+ years).
• Knowledge of clinical systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic, Meditech).
• AWS Cloud Practitioner or higher certification.
