Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Delivery - Cross-Commercial to architect, deploy, and maintain the data infrastructure powering unified commercial intelligence. This role partners with Global Cross-Commercial Analytics to translate business requirements into robust data engineering solutions across Media, Pricing, Retail Media, and Sales.

Hybrid work with four days in the office and two remote data engineering resources reporting to you.

Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on experience building and scaling robust data apps in complex environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related technical field.
Leadership experience: 3+ years delivering high-impact data/analytics initiatives.
Domain expertise building data integrations for marketing/e-commerce systems.
Team management of remote or distributed technical talent.
Data warehouse architecture using Snowflake.
Data transformation pipelines with dbt and SQL.
Workflow orchestration with Apache Airflow.
Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
Version control and CI/CD with GitHub.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure Strategy & Integration: lead cross-commercial data foundations and cloud integration.
Technical Translator & Advisor: translate KPIs into technical requirements, schemas, and APIs.
Strategic Capability Support: align infra roadmap with the 2030 corporate strategy.
Cross-Functional Technical Leadership: enable IT/data teams to support advanced pilots.
Resource Management: allocate internal resources and oversee external data engineers.
