Job summary

Redhorse Corporation seeks a Data Collection Manager to lead DoD data collection efforts, ensuring secure, accurate data across Combatant Commands and Service Components.

You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, shape data requirements, drive QA/QC, and coordinate with federal stakeholders to translate mission needs into actionable intelligence, while advancing data collection processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret with SCI security clearance.
• 10+ years of professional leadership experience.
• ≥3 years in National Security space (Defense, IC, or Law Enforcement).
• Proposal development experience: prep, analysis, writing, review.
• Experience managing data collection, research, or field ops.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience engaging with high-level federal clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of data collection across projects, aligned with goals.
• Identify and lead pursuit of new data collection opportunities.
• Mentor multi-disciplinary staff and enforce accuracy and accountability.
• Establish data collection procedures, schedules, and documentation.
• Perform QA/QC reviews to fix data gaps or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with PMs, analysts, and government stakeholders.
• Track milestones and provide high-level status updates.
• Ensure data handling and transfers comply with policies and security standards.
• Drive continuous improvement with new tools, methods, and processes.
