Redhorse Corporation is seeking a skilled Delivery Lead to join the team supporting the DoD data initiatives. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage the product backlog, and coordinate across matrixed stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality data products.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Delivery Lead, Agile Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar.
• Experience delivering data-centric projects (e.g., data warehouses, ML models, BI dashboards).
• Deep Agile expertise (Scrum, Kanban) in an enterprise setting.
• Ability to navigate dependencies, risks, and stakeholders in a large organization.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps; collaboration tools.
• Desirable: CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist and security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle, ensuring on-time, in-scope, high-quality data products.
• Prioritize and refine product backlog; communicate progress and blockers.
• Track metrics (velocity, burn-down, lead time) to forecast delivery and optimize processes.
• Lead Agile facilitation and coach engineering best practices.
• Manage enterprise dependencies and communicate with executives; deliver status reports and roadmaps.
• Advocate for data governance, security, and data product lifecycle concepts.
