Job summary

Redhorse Corporation seeks an experienced Data Collection Manager to lead data collection activities for DoD programs. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary staff, ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with federal standards.

This role requires TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years of leadership, and NS space experience. You will translate mission needs into data requirements, manage QA/QC, and mentor teams while engaging with federal clients.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret with SCI security clearance.
• 10+ years of professional leadership experience.
• 3+ years in National Security space (Defense, Intelligence, etc.).
• Experience in proposal development (prep, analysis, writing, review).
• Proven data collection, research, or field operations experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with distributed teams.
• Experience engaging high-level federal government clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of data collection across projects per standards.
• Identify and pursue new data collection opportunities.
• Mentor multi-disciplinary staff in data entry, review, and validation.
• Establish and maintain data collection procedures and documentation.
• Perform QA/QC reviews to fix data gaps or inconsistencies.
• Translate mission needs into clear data requirements with stakeholders.
• Track milestones and provide high-level status updates to leadership.
• Ensure data handling, storage, transfers comply with security standards.
• Drive continuous improvement with new tools and processes.
