Job summary

Mapletree is seeking a Senior Analyst, Asset Management for the Data Centre portfolio based in Atlanta. You will support the formulation and execution of asset strategies to optimise income and value.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience, strong numerical skills, and proficiency in Excel. You will compile and analyse portfolio data, present insights to stakeholders, and conduct market research on REITs and macro trends in the US.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or related discipline is required.
• At least 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be comfortable with numbers and proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Compile, verify, organise and analyse data of the Company’s properties/assets to consolidate and derive portfolio level statistics.
• Present analysis on the current status of the portfolio and strategic implications for growth.
• Conduct research related to real estate industry, REITs, and macroeconomic trends.
