Mapletree is seeking a Senior Analyst, Asset Management for the Data Centre portfolio based in Atlanta. You will support the formulation and execution of asset strategies to optimise income and value.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience, strong numerical skills, and proficiency in Excel. You will compile and analyse portfolio data, present insights to stakeholders, and conduct market research on REITs and macro trends in the US.

The Role

This position will support the Asset Management department to formulate and execute asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, including marketing strategies to optimise income and realise the highest value of our assets.
