Mapletree, a global real estate leader, is seeking an Asset Management professional in Atlanta to support strategies that optimise income and maximise asset value. You will analyse portfolio data, identify strategic implications, and present findings to inform growth decisions.

We expect 4–6 years of relevant experience, strong numerical skills, and expert Excel abilities to drive portfolio insights and market research on REITs and macroeconomic trends.

Qualificações

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of relevant working experience.
• Comfortable with numbers and proficient in Excel.
• Ability to think outside the box.

Responsabilidades

• Compile, verify, organise and analyse data of the Company’s properties/assets to derive portfolio level statistics.
• Present analysis on portfolio status and strategic implications for future growth.
• Conduct research related to the real estate industry, REITs, and macroeconomic trends.
