Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver scalable learning solutions for data center technicians and low-voltage professionals. You will partner with Data Center and Critical Environment teams to ensure training aligns with industry standards and live-site safety procedures.

The role emphasizes identifying technical learning needs, creating instructor-led content, simulations, and digital modules, and measuring training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience with low-voltage electrical and structured cabling work.
• Cable pulling and routing.
• Termination, splicing, and patching.
• Testing and troubleshooting copper and/or fiber cabling.
• Direct experience working in data center or mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical learning ambassador by modeling CBRE RISE values.
• Facilitate training programs and onboarding for data center technicians focused on low-voltage and structured cabling.
• Teach low-voltage fundamentals, cabling, patching, and testing.
• Create evaluations and measurement tools to assess readiness and training impact.
• Develop training reports and optimize content delivery across regions.
• Audit learning programs for quality and compliance.
