Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience with low‑voltage electrical and structured cabling work.
• Experience in data center or mission‑critical environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training programs for data center technicians and low‑voltage professionals.
• Develop instructor‑led content, job aids, simulations, assessments, and SOPs.
• Translate complex field processes into clear, repeatable training content.
