Google LLC is seeking an executive-level Technical Program Manager to lead hyperscale data center capacity delivery programs from site selection through construction, commissioning, and handover.

You will oversee multi-gigawatt, multi-billion-dollar portfolios, coordinating with internal and contractor teams to ensure safety, schedule, and cost targets are met while driving innovative cooling and power solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in program management.
• 8+ years leading hyperscale data center capacity programs.
• 5+ years managing multi-hundred MW infra with >$1B portfolio.
• 5+ years in high-density power delivery, MEP/FP coordination, fast-track design-build.
• 5+ years in commercial management including GMP negotiation, cost control, supplier management.

Responsabilidades

• Direct lifecycle of hyperscale data center builds from entitlements to handover.
• Oversee $5B+ capacity portfolios with schedule, cost, quality, risk accountability.
• Manage high-density compute capacity deployment and AI/ML insertions.
• Align internal partners with primary GC, EC, and MC contractors for releases.
• Establish site culture standards for safety across large contractor workforces.
