Job summary

ConCor Networks, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee telecommunications and data center infrastructure projects in the Linthicum and Frederick areas.

The role involves coordinating customers, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. The successful candidate will manage multiple concurrent projects, monitor financial performance, and drive growth while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of telecommunications, low-voltage, structured cabling, construction, or related experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience managing project budgets and financial performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage telecommunications and data center infrastructure projects from award through closeout.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
• Coordinate field labor, subcontractors, vendors, and customer stakeholders.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Manage project change orders and scope modifications.
• Attend customer meetings and provide project status updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Support business growth by maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Assist with project planning, manpower forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Work closely with operations leadership to support strategic growth initiatives.
