Job summary

Ericsson GmbH in New Albany, Ohio is seeking a Data Center Services Technician to support installation, operation, and maintenance of data center infrastructure. You will perform rack-and-stack, cabling, equipment provisioning, testing, and MACD activities with minimal supervision, following engineering designs and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center operations, cabling, and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and installation documentation.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Install and deploy servers, network devices, and storage per engineering designs.
• Terminate, label, route, and dress copper and fiber cabling with proper management.
• Install rack PDUs, connect to power sources, and verify connectivity.
• Perform MACD activities and FRU replacements per approved procedures.
• Maintain installation records, test results, and as-built docs.
