Job summary

CBRE seeks a Data Center Technical Manager to lead mechanical operations, maintenance, and energy management for a portfolio of facilities. You will oversee a team, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure adherence to CBRE standards across locations.

The role requires a bachelors degree in electrical engineering and extensive data center experience, with strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills to deliver safe, reliable critical facilitiesglobally.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10 yearss experience in Data Centers or Critical Facilities preferred.
• Ability to lead and communicate complex information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations and maintenance for assigned facilities.
• Develop and maintain operating and capital plans.
• Provide technical support across locations during incidents and projects.
• Audit and improve preventive maintenance programs and safety procedures.
• Support sales and pricing for third-party contracts.
• Lead creation of standard operating procedures and documentation.
