Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a System Development Engineer to join the global Data Center Engineering team, driving design, development, automation, and continuous innovation within our expanding data center footprint.

You will collaborate across cross-functional groups to deliver reliable, scalable electrical and mechanical controls software, influence product design, own key initiatives, and help reduce cost while ensuring uptime for our customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years programming in a modern language (C++, C#, Java, Python, etc.).
• 4+ years non-internship software development experience.
• 2+ years designing or architecting scalable systems.
• 4+ years of systems development in IT or data center environment.
• 2+ years systems design, software development, automation, and process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree.
