Qualifications

• Strong foundation in networking, VMware, Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Experience in data center, NOC, or enterprise infrastructure.
• Onsite full-time role in Abilene, TX with growth toward broader engineering responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite administration and support across network, server, and virtualization infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain VMware environments (installs, upgrades, troubleshooting, performance).
• Administer Windows and Linux systems in a live production data center.
• Support core networking (switching, routing, basic troubleshooting) at infrastructure level.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on projects, migrations, and operational improvements.
• Respond to and resolve incidents in uptime-sensitive environment.
