Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Superintendent for a Data Center project in Texas. The role requires leadership of large-scale construction scopes and a strong grasp of scheduling, budgeting, and technical drawings.

A bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering is preferred with at least six years of relevant experience. We offer competitive base salary ($120,000–$180,000), medical/dental/vision, 401(k), generous PTO, and a strong pipeline for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Engineering or closely related field preferred
• Minimum of six (6) years’ industry experience
• Experience managing a scope of work valued over $1MM
• Strong understanding of planning and scheduling
• Strong understanding of business and/or financial principles to project and monitor expenses
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications, blueprints and drawings
