Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Permanent Superintendent to lead data-center construction on large-scale, ground-up projects across the United States. You’ll supervise field teams, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure quality and safety.

This role requires proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work with owners, engineers, and vendors on technically complex builds with strict timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in data-center construction in a superintendent role.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures and OSH guidelines.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Proven leadership and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with inspectors, architects, engineers, officials, and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable costs.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship per plans/specifications.
• Prepare internal and external reports on job status.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging ones.
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and proper techniques.
