Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in data-center construction, specifically in a superintendent role.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
• Understanding of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of overseeing large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with project inspectors, architects, engineers, and clients.
