Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Data Center) to lead field teams on large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects. Locations include San Antonio, Castroville, and other sites with a salary range of $150,000–$200,000 per year.

The successful candidate will bring 10+ years of field leadership, 3+ years managing data-center projects, and deep knowledge of MEP systems, UPS, BMS, CRAC/CRAH units, generators and switchgear.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field leadership on large-scale commercial/industrial construction projects.
• 3+ years of direct data center or mission-critical project management experience.
• Deep technical knowledge of MEP systems, UPS, BMS, CRAC/CRAH units, generators, and switchgear installations.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractor coordination and hold teams accountable to project goals.
• Proficiency with construction technology platforms (Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, BIM 360).
• OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams on data center projects and coordinate subcontractors.
• Manage and drive progress toward project goals and milestones.
• Oversee MEP, UPS, BMS, CRAC/CRAH units, generators, and switchgear installations.
• Utilize Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, and BIM 360 for project management.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR standards.
