Jobot is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead data-center construction on large-scale, ground-up projects across the United States. You will manage field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and work closely with owners, engineers, architects, and vendors to keep schedules and budgets on track.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and collaborative problem-solving, with responsibility for planning, execution, and risk management on technically demanding facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in data-center construction, specifically in a superintendent role.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
• Understanding of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proven track record of successfully overseeing and completing large-scale, ground-up construction projects.
• Exceptional project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
