Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex hardware programs spanning data center cards, servers, racks, and lab infrastructure.

The role requires strong cross-functional coordination, data center hardware experience, and a track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget. This position is based in San Diego and expects in-office presence five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of Program Management or related experience.
• Experience with data center hardware and lab infrastructure.
• Familiarity with hyperscale data center design/ops is a plus.
• PM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of complex data center hardware programs from concept to delivery.
• Define scope, milestones, resources, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Lead day-to-day program execution and risk mitigation.
• Manage schedules using project planning frameworks.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement.
• Provide clear status updates and escalation paths.
• Track compliance with industry standards and budgets.
