Qualifications

• 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
• Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of work experience.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Experience with AI/ML software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build strong technical and program understanding to develop insights and influence.
• Drive and deliver overall program alignment and execution across multiple technologies.
• Understand requirements priority and drive scoping, planning, interdependencies, staffing, and schedule optimization.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to set Plan of Records commitments and enable prioritization.
• Establish execution discipline and communication processes, including risk management and executive reporting.
• Develop program indicators to manage program health, including quality and timelines.
• Develop processes to streamline development cycles and integrate plans and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive consensus on schedules and processes.
• Communicate complex information to multiple audiences with strong negotiation skills.
• Work independently with little supervision.
