Aligned Data Centers, LLC in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Manager, Schedule & Sequencing to develop, manage, and optimize project schedules for data center construction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient sequencing of activities, adherence to timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.

The role requires 8+ years in project scheduling and construction PM, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. PMP/PMI-SP is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/PM or related field.
8+ years in project scheduling and construction PM, data center experience preferred.
Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills.
PMP, PMI-SP or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage comprehensive, resource-loaded schedules with milestones and critical paths.
Implement scheduling best practices and controls to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Stay current with scheduling trends and technologies for data center projects.
Train teams on schedule logic, durations, and constraints.
Perform schedule risk analyses and recommend mitigation strategies.
Produce and present progress reports to leadership and clients.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and field teams to align plans.
