Job summary

Interstates is seeking a Senior Construction Project Scheduler (Data Centers) to lead scheduling for large-scale data center programs. The role emphasizes the development of detailed, integrated schedules with Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject, coordinating with estimating, management, and field operations.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in construction scheduling, strong CPM knowledge, and experience with industrial or hyperscale data center projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
7+ years of construction scheduling experience, with at least 5 years utilizing Primavera P6.
Experience scheduling large industrial, mission critical, or hyperscale data center projects strongly preferred.
Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

Partner with estimating, project management, and operations to break down complex hyperscale data center projects into tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
Build and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject.
Identify, maintain, and communicate the critical path and near-critical paths; develop reports highlighting risks and impacts.
Coordinate labor, equipment, and material needs to optimize availability and utilization.
Monitor schedule performance against baseline; deliver updates, look-aheads, and recovery plans.
Lead schedule review meetings and collaborate with owners and trade partners to ensure alignment across all phases.
